Khaled Jabboury M.D. Dr. Khaled Jabboury has been active in cancer research for over twenty years. After receiving his MD, with honors, he received a research fellowship in oncology at the American University Hospital in Beirut. Upon completion of that fellowship in 1981, Dr. Jabboury came to Houston's M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During his eight-year tenure there he became involved in many clinical research projects, including breast cancer, new drug evaluation, drug modulation, and systemic and local hyperthermia. Since 1989 he has been in private practice, while maintaining an intense interest in cancer research. Dr. Jabboury's clinical activity is primarily at West Houston Medical Center. He also holds a teaching appointment in the UT Medical School in Houston. The Jabboury Foundation for Cancer Research is the vehicle through which he hopes to enable more cancer patients to take part in clinical trials close to their home.
